Pinggot Zulueta (born June 19, 1961) is a Filipino visual artist and photojournalist. In 1982, he attained his Fine Arts degree Major in Painting from the University of Santo Tomas. He further studied at the UP College of Fine Arts as well as Advanced Course on News Photography and Pictorial Layout conducted by the International Institute of Journalism, Berlin held in Manila in 1996. While at UST, he served as Staff Artist of the university's official student publication, The Varsitarian. Later, he worked as a Political Cartoonist at ''Midweek magazine'' and later at ''Abante''.
